Terms & Conditions
- Please be informed that a non-refundable down payment of
IDR 500,000 per person is required to secure your reservation.
- Reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past
the booking time. We understand that delays may occur.
If you anticipate a delay, we kindly request prior notification.
- The Degustation Menu (14 courses) will take approximately
120 minutes, while the Chef’s Journey (17 courses) will take
approximately 150 minutes.
- To ensure the ultimate experience, all guests at the same
table are required to select the same set menu.
- Children above the age of 12 are welcome, provided they
participate in dining from our menu.
- Our dishes may contain pork, seafood, nuts, gluten, and
dairy products in various forms, both raw and cooked.
- If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions related to
these ingredients, please inform us at least 3 days prior to your
reservation date or during the reservation process, as we are
unable to accommodate last-minute requests.
- We appreciate your enthusiasm for exceptional wines and
understand that you may wish to bring a special bottle to enjoy
with your meal. Please note that for each bottle of wine you bring,
you are required to purchase a bottle from our curated selection.
This policy is in place to ensure we maintain our high standards
of service and offer a diverse and high-quality wine list that
complements our cuisine.
- The above policy does not apply to liquor
and no outside liquor is permitted.
- Our dress code is smart-casual. Flip-flops
and slippers are discouraged.
- We now accept only cashless payments.
- Our menu is not available as a takeaway service.

- Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please
inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
of 50% of the down payment. Same-day cancellations are
non-refundable and we are unable be reschedule these.
